Jacob Rans '20 Recruiting Profile

I am excited to attend a university that offers both strong academics and strong athletics so that I can learn and grown as a student and an athlete. My goal is to attend a university that offers a field related to athletic training. Through my work with Eric Cressey on developing my own strength and agility I have gained a high interest in pursuing this as a career when I stop playing baseball. On the field, I plan to contribute to the team as much as possible through hard work and a positive attitude. I love baseball and will do everything within my power to be productive as a pitcher. I want to win and even if that is not possible, I want to compete. As a student athlete, I will honor my coaches, teachers and teammates by always striving to be respectful and a positive influence inside the classroom and on the field.
