In my near future, I would be honored and blessed to be at both a high-academic and high-level baseball college, living out my childhood dream of becoming a professional ballplayer. As you know and I'm starting to understand, this process does not happen overnight. Countless hours of dedication and work have to be put in towards this dream. Within the dedication towards this dream, I have learned immense amounts of valuable life lessons and characteristics that I believe make me a strong candidate for any college. Both my work ethic and leadership are not only shown on the field, but also in the classroom and at home. At school, my leadership is displayed with both leading by example during group activities or other assignments, and when other classmates aren't doing the right things, in which I am quick to point them in the right direction. My work ethic is shown when studying for a tough accelerated class or taking extra time in the gym to do another set, knowing this extra set is just bringing me closer and closer to my dream. Lastly, something that sets me apart from other recruits is my ability to be coachable, my work ethic, and my dedication to my dream. As I stated before, this dream has been alive for the past 13+ years, and it is what is fueling my drive and passion for my next steps in baseball.
