From when I started playing baseball to now, I have experienced a lot of success, but more importantly even more failure. A highlight of my high school career so far has been batting first for my varsity high school team and being a starter on my legion team. However, this didn't happen without some failure as the year before I failed to make the legion team. Although it may have been disappointing then, it taught me I wasn't as good as I thought and showed me that I needed to work harder and improve my baseball skills to be able to compete at higher levels. Through this experience I learned that I know I can rise up and defeat the challenges that I will face moving foward.
My goal for high school and college is to succeed on the baseball field, but even more in the classroom. I'm looking for a program that will be a good fit athletically and academically. I believe my talent, work-ethic, leadership skills, and character will allow me to succeed in your program.
