Trentis Lane '24 Recruiting Profile

Throughout my baseball journey I strive to remain focused on developing my skills and setting goals that will prepare me to play at the next level. Every day I work hard and visualize what I need to do so I can continue to bring my best onto the field. Baseball is what I think about daily and I focus on being a leader on the field, encouraging my team to be and do their best, and creating goals to reach my dream. My grades have always been important to me as I know they will help me progress. I put the work in school as well as on the field.    

I have a short compact swing that gives a lot of power from my 6 foot 1 frame.  I also have good rhythm, quick hands and a repeatable swing.  With quick feet and a long frame I have the ability to make routine plays and difficult ones as well. I maintain a low fielding position with soft hands and I have good footwork around the bag with the ability to dig balls out of the dirt.  I am open to all options and look forward to seeing what is next in my baseball journey.
