2021 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I am currently a Sophomore and play on the Varsity Team at Northern Highlands Regional High School. Our team won the County Championship and progressed to the NJ Group 3 North State Finals. My position is mid/forward. I am a member of USA Field Hockey. I was selected in the Top 100 Sophomores Field Hockey in NJ, First Team All-County 2022, First Team NEFHL All-Division and 2023 North Jersey Sports Player of the Year Nominee. For the upcoming season, I was selected as one of the 250 North Jersey Athletes to Watch 2023-24!
Additionally, I play for New Heights Field Hockey Club on the Tournament Team and Indoor Team. I also participate in Track and Field - Freshman/Sophomore year: Varsity Winter (Third Team All-County) and Varsity Spring (First Team All-County / Third Team All-County) and competed at the Meet of Champions and Penn Relays the past two years. My motivation to remain fast and fit for field hockey is what inspired me to join track.
In 2019, I joined the Falcon Field Hockey Club and played with them through Fall 2020. I then joined New Heights Field Hockey and continue to play on their tournament team and indoor team (U16). I participated in the Futures 2020 and Nexus 2021, 2022 and 2023 programs. I have attended many camps and clinics: LineUp, AGH, Rapid Fire Elite, Super-Sixty, Revolution Top-of-Class, Extreme Field Hockey, MAX Combine, Invasion, PA Revolution; and, have participated in numerous tournaments: NIT, Surf & Sand, RCC/NCC, Disney Wide World of Sports, Shooting Star, Festival Tampa, Sunshine Showcase and many others. My academics are strong and was voted Vice President for the upcoming 2023-24 school year at my high school. I am dedicated, motivated and determined. I enjoy my teammates, peers and family. I volunteer with a Special Needs Sports Program for children and am a Peer Leader at my local parish. Field hockey is my passion and I am eager to continue playing at the collegiate level.
