Haiden Nagel '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is Haiden Nagel and I been playing football since I was 8 years old. Linebacker has always been my primary position. Senior year, I was moved to defensive end and played outside linebacker on occasion. I have been to plenty of camps over the years working to master the linebacker position. On offense, I played Tight End/Offensive Tackle for the team. I played the positions that my coach asked in order to help the team win.
As a Junior I played at 6'3" and 210 lbs and had 95 tackles for the year as Middle Linebacker. In 2011, our team played some of the toughest teams in the state of Florida such as Armwood, Hillsborough, and Jefferson. I liked the level of competition as it challenges the team, requires a lot of hard work, and required me to study a lot of film so that I recognized the offensive schemes and called audibles.
As a Senior I played at 6'3 and 220 lbs and had 33 tackles, 4 sacks as Defensive End/Tackle. I played offense and defense and hardly ever came off the field. We played the same teams as 2011 which again were some of the toughest teams in the state of Florida.
My high school electives are in computer science and web design.  The college curriculum that I am most interested in is related to computer science and information technology.
My current goals are to graduate high school, go to college, earn a degree, and play college football.
