As an 8th grader and having the opportunity to play varsity was a blessing, but when I was told I was to start the 5th game into the season as a freshman, I was nervous and extremely excited. That game helped me grow in maturity and fueled my desire to play football at the division 1 level. I continued to start as a freshman and was fortunate enough to finish out the season ranked top five in all county receiving yards with 1089 yards. In addition, I was invited to play in the FBU Freshman All American Bowl, where I threw 12 for 15 completions, and one of seven freshmen to attend and compete in the National Combine in San Antonio, Texas.
In January of 2023 I attended the National Combine in San Antonio, Texas for a second time and improved my scores in every event. For personal reasons, I returned to Naples to finish out my Sophomore year. Now a junior, and the starting quarterback at Barron Collier High School, I am determined to do my best, inspire my teammates, and have a memorable season.
All in all, these experiences have helped me grow as a young man, a student, and an athlete. I am determined to become a leader who sets the bar by example. I’m looking for a program that will help push me athletically, as well as academically. Given the chance, I am confident that I can make a difference.
