Hi, my name is Aiden Goulet and I play outside linebacker and defensive end at Tabor Academy. Ever since I asked my Dad to sign me up for football when I was 6 years old, I have loved every aspect of football and all the preparation it requires to be a successful player and team. Through the years, football has taught me mental toughness and discipline. My Sophomore season, my mental toughness was tested when in the first couple games of the season, I wasn't getting the playing time I wanted. Instead of being discouraged I worked as hard as I could every day in practice and by the end of the season I was starting on both offense and defense.
Academically, my goal is to make honor roll every year of high school and do the same in college. So far I was on the honor roll my freshman year, and I'm on track to make honor roll again my sophomore year. In college I hope to find a major that I am passionate about so after college I can pursue a job that I love. The characteristics that are unique to me are mental toughness, perseverance, competitiveness, and discipline. In many sports I have been on both winning and losing teams, but on either team my mindset has stayed the same. I have always loved to win my whole life, and my favorite feeling is when a team can unite together for a win. As a focused athlete who loves to win, I know I would be a great addition to your program!
