I have been playing football since I was a kid. During my time playing I have made countless friends, learned priceless lessons from coaches, and made memories that will never be forgotten. It would be amazing to be allowed to continue making these countless memories for four more years. I am ready to take on any academic and athletic challenge a college can give me. I take an unselfish and hard-working attitude to the game, which has been instilled into me by my coaches over the years. I always play with 100% intensity in order to improve myself and my teammates at any opportunity put in front of me. I play with passion, but I make sure to keep my emotions in check. I love having to prove myself and overcome barriers to show what I am capable of. Those who doubt me give me more fuel to keep going and an urge to prove them wrong.
Besides playing football, I enjoy playing baseball and basketball with my friends. I also try to ski and draw when an opportunity presents itself. In college I wish to pursue a career in sports medicine, although I’m not sure which profession I want to specialize in. One passion of mine is science, specifically, biology. There are so many fascinating elements of biology that allow me to learn new things each time I am taught. Attending a college that allows me to balance a life of a pre-med student and a college athlete would be a dream come true.
