My name is Jake Haddock. I am currently a junior and have just completed my 2011 season. It was my third year on varsity, I was a team captain and two way starter. We had a great season and won the New York State Class A championship. I am currently 6' and 260 lbs. Because of my size and strength I am one of the bigger players on my team. I currently play center and defensive tackle. I have experience at linebacker and fullback but they are not my primary positions on my high school team. I want to play football in college at the highest level that I can. I think that I can be a good player at postions other than just O-line or D-line even though I consider myself a defensive lineman. I have been a serious weightlifter for over four years now and I lift with a strength and conditioning coach all year long both in and out of season. Academically, I work very hard and I currently have a 3.72 GPA. I am an extremely hard worker in both sports and school. I am a Christian and I am very committed to my faith. I am eager to play college football at the highest level possible and be a significant contributer to my team.
