Personal Statement

Academics and athletics are an integral part of the life of my entire family. As the son of a principal and a teacher, I have been taught the value of a strong education, that academic performance/success is an expectation, and that athletics teach discipline and teamwork. As the son of a high school football coach, I have been engrained in the football culture all of my life.

I am a dedicated and competitive student-athlete interested in pursuing the next level of academics and athletics. I have excelled at the high school level in academics and athletics and have a strong desire to challenge myself and my abilities by the rigor of the collegiate level in both areas. My goal is to play college football at an institution where I can pursue my desired major of either business or architecture.
