Personal Statement

I am a very hard working, physically strong quarterback, leader, and great all around athlete. Consistently led junior football teams to championships and always possessed the ability to play any position on the field. Received a varsity letter as a freshman at Mt. Rainier High School, first high school pass in a varsity game was a 35 yard touchdown, received the scout team player of the year award. Transfered to JFK Catholic High School and was deemed ineligible to participate in varsity football, basketball, and baseball my sophomore year as the result of state athletic transfer rulings. Led the JV Football team at QB to an undefeated season, although not able to play in varsity games I received a varsity letter and scout team player of the year for my contribution to the varsity team. As a junior I played behind QB Jason Thompson (currently a QB on the roster at Wyoming) , started as a wide receiver, and received all conference honors scoring 10 TD's (6 recieving, 3 passing, and 1 rushing). I also started as a defensive back and linebacker making significant contributions to my team on defense including interceptions and sacks.

I have worked extremely hard attending a wide variety of skill camps including Taylor Barton Academy, Steve Gervais Passing Academy, various college camps, and multiple combines. I believe that hard work beats talent when talent chooses not to work hard.

I am an extremely versatile quarterback with precision passing ability, exceptional field vision, great overall athletic ability, and a very physically strong running threat.

I have dreamed of being a college and pro football player for as long as I can remember. I have constantly worked harder than anyone I know to get stronger, faster, and to be the best skilled quarterback possible. I believe I can out play anyone at the high school level and beyond. I aspire to play at the highest possible level and to lead more teams to championships.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
