Some of my collegiate goals are to study political science and become involved in the government after my college years. I feel as if real leaders are born through actions and commitment to justice for all. I'm a good candidate for your team because I will commit myself 100% of the time to improving myself and my teammates. I will be a leader both inside and outside of the classroom for everyone that I'm involved with but especially my brothers on the field. At MUHS we talk about leading by example and this message has helped turn me into a man for others. I want to continue this lifestyle throughout my college years and then throughout the rest of my life. College football is a great fit for me as I am a prepared to do anything to help my team succeed. The thing that separates me from other student athletes is my commitment to those in the outside community. At MUHS all students are required to do service at different sites. I always chose sites with children because I'm full of energy just like them. The thing that made me keep coming back was how I saw the influence that I could have over children and how much they look up to someone like me. Many of my peers don't look like me or the kids we helped. I think the thing I can do best is help young children see themselves in me and I can be a very positive role model. With college football that would only broaden the amount of kids I could help and inspire.
