Sean Daniels '12 Recruiting Profile

 Since I watched a Clyde Drexler highlight I have always wanted to play basketball. After watching Jimmy Valvano run around the court looking for someone to hug, I have wanted to play college basketball. I'm five foot ten and one third, weighing 157 pounds. Ihave very good straight line and change of direction speed. Another important statistic is my heart and desire, if one lacks those attributes then the other stats and attributes are not factors. My dream has alweays been to play at a school with a lot of people. The noise and energy an arena full of fans can create is amazing and giving them a show and playing in front of them is something I have always wanted to do. The region where I attend school doesn't neccesarily matter because I enjoy all types of weather. My drive and will to push others and win games, giving my team everything that I have to offer is something I can offer to a team along with being a leader on and off the court.My mother has fibromyalga which hinders her from working a job which puts our family in a financially unstable position, this meaning when I apply for college I will have to fill out a FAFSA. I want to become a sports journalist and write for a newspaper or magazine, so majoring in journalism is what I will do. I want to become a collegiate athlete and play the game that I love in front of thousands of people.
