Joseph McCoy '18 Recruiting Profile

   Hello coaches my name is Joseph McCoy, and I am currently attending Tottenville high school in Staten Island, NY where I have been the starting point guard since my freshmen year. I want to attend college, but I also want to play basketball for any program in need of a well rounded point guard with excellent ball handling skills, good 3pt range and a solid passer. I consider my game to be of a prototypical point guard meaning pass first, but I also have the ability to score off the dribble, hit the open shot and draw and kick the defense to find an open shooter. I think I can bring a lot to whatever program that would want me and I plan on working just as hard on the court as I will in the classroom. Look forward to hearing from any coach in any division who feels my skill set meets the needs of their program.
