I played basketball for over 8 years on a school team and AAU. I began playing as a starter on the varsity team as a Freshman, which was a first in my school's history. Basketball has become and will always be a part of my life. I get stronger, not just through my daily workouts and the motivational speeches I listen to regularly, but by coming from a strong support system of both parents and a older brother who all served this country in the military. I come from structure and discipline and use it on and off the court. I will be a great asset to your team because my goal is always to be the best player on the court and be the biggest motivator for my team. Though I have always been the youngest on my teams, I am the biggest influence because I am a leader and play with my entire heart. I pay attention to detail and lead by assisting my teammates when they do not understand. I am well rounded and know when to lead and when to share. I am unique because no matter if I am the key player on my team or a role player, I never let that get in the way of the positive chemistry between me and my teammates. I also under understand flexibility because I had to be flexible all my life as a military child and versatile enough to balance 2 sports and academics successfully.
