From the age of six, I have been playing golf and over time I figured that it has truly become my passion. When I go out to the course to practice and play, I always find a way to learn from mistakes I have made whether it was because of a bad shot or a hiccup in my mental game. In the years of playing golf, I have learned that one bad stroke does not define my game, but represents a new opportunity to learn from it and strive to become a better player. As I grow older, I believe that my golf game will get better and will help me achieve my goal of participating on a collegiate golf team. I believe that I will be a valuable addition to your team because I am extremely coachable and willing to put in the necessary work to improve my golf game and myself as a person. As I mature as a student-athlete, I am learning perseverance, determination, and self-discipline all in an effort to better my chances of playing collegiate golf.
Outside of golf, I enjoy the high school experience. Keeping my grades up and maintaining a stable GPA is very important to me. I also make sure to maintain my athletic ability and keep it in tip-top shape. I have participated in clubs in school such as robotics and animal club. I've also been hand-picked to become a student ambassador out of 200 students. In my free time, I enjoy taking pictures with my camera and making videos.
