Personal Statement

My name is Gregory Gleizer as I'm sure you know by now and I am putting in as much work as I can to play college lacrosse. Not only am I a good athlete I am also very excelled at mathematics. My junior year I took AP stats, my sophomore year I took AP calculus, and my freshman year I took algebra 2 and precalculus in one year. I am also a hard-working athlete that plays 3 sports football, lacrosse, and track. With football, I started on varsity as a free safety, wide receiver, return, and the backup running back.  Recently I transferred schools to Culver City High School from University High School Charter and I will be starting on the varsity lacrosse team this upcoming year. If some of my teammates were to describe me, they would say that I am a very loyal and hard working individual. I work my tail off every practice and push myself to be a better player everyday.  I used to do gymnastics when I was younger and I competed at the state and regional level. I am the definition of a multi sport athlete. Just some of the sports I have played are rugby, track, and soccer aside from football and lacrosse. I am also willing to step up to any position to help the team. This includes doing face offs or even playing LSM or long pole defense. I will always do my best to help my team on the field and off the field whether it is extra training or taking someone's spot who is injured. If you have any more questions please email me at [email protected] or call me at (323)486-2111.
