Darrell Miller '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Darrell Miller III. I want to get a bachelor's degree in engineering from a college so I can choose which area of computer engineering I want to specialize in. I also want to attend a college that makes me feel at home and is friendly to the city.

I am a good candidate for the team because I can control what happens on the field with good vision and am a strong, physical, and fast 3-star defensive player. Also, I'm a player who can be coached and will always listen before asking questions. On the field, I'm also a very hardworking person who likes to learn from my mistakes and try to be better the next time. I want the team to succeed. In addition, in contrast to other recruits, I constantly strive to inspire my friends and teammates to always give their all in academics, athletics, and life.  I am also a very principled, hardworking, and team-first individual. 

Academically, I'm a good student who likes to go above and beyond in any subject that will benefit me in the future and help me in my daily life. Just as I'm coachable in soccer, I'm also coachable in learning. I'm the kind of person who asks for help when I don't understand what's going on in the subject I'm learning, and just like I like to work hard in soccer, I do the same in my academic learning.
