2019 Highlights Personal Statement
My name is Ron Violante and I am a 2021 graduate from Hilliard, Ohio. I play for Ohio Premier (National Premier Leagues (NPL)).
I started to play soccer when I was young. I was experimenting with many sports, but nothing seemed interesting until I played soccer. It was the only sport I actually enjoyed and continued playing. Soccer greatly influenced who I am because it allows me to express myself.
I value school as the same, if not higher, importance. I strive to be the best student I can be as well. One of my goals is to get the title of scholar-athlete for all four years of high school. I'd also like to be inducted into the National Honor Society.
After high school I want to play at the highest level possible. I am aware that it is extremely hard work, but I’m ready for the challenge. At this point in my life, my highest goal is to leave college with a degree as well as being able to have played soccer.
