My intention for college is to be assured that the career I chose is the perfect fit for me. I'm a good candidate for your team because I am a leader, and a hard worker. I listen to coaches with an open mind and follow their instructions. I am always striving to improve, not only in athletics, but academically also. I am self motivated & continually looking to set new, higher goals for myself.
What makes me different, is my willingness to do whatever it takes to help my team perform well, and to better represent my college. I will work harder than is expected and will try to perfect my craft. My grades in the classroom continue to improve, I have a desire to grow in knowledge and hope to find my niche at college and use my skills to become a productive member of society. My ambition one day is to coach other runners; help them learn the art of hard work, dedication, & the reward of persevering & achieving the goals they set for themselves & their teammates.
