Christian Foss '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Christian Foss, I was born and raised in Stockton, California and I am currently a junior at Lincoln High School here in Stockton. I am 5 ft 11 inches and I weigh 173 lbs. I was on the Varsity Water Polo team in my sophomore year and this year I was appointed team captain. I have been a swimmer since the age of 5 and I made the Varsity swim team when I was a freshman. I am a very strong swimmer with much endurance. I consider myself a strong leader and good communicator in and out of the pool. I do everything in my power to give my team the best chance to win. It has been my dream since I started playing water polo to take it to the highest level possible which would be College, this being one of my lifetime goals. Being an only child raised by my single mother I prefer to stay in California but definitely keep my options open to other locations. I will also be needing financial aid due to our circumstances. At this point I am not 100% sure about my career but I am leaning toward International Business or Law Enforcement. In Water Polo what most important to me is to be a team player, use my inner energy and make a difference with my leadership to my team and to my coach.
