Blake Bausch '23 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing water polo since 4th grade. It has always been my goal to play in college.  Water polo has provided me with structure, team accountability, and given me a chance to travel and meet new athletes.  As a goalkeeper, I am a leader on my team. We have great communication skills and the trust that we have built together.   I have participated in a variety of camps, tournaments, and activities where I learn and grow each time in different ways. Just to name a few, I have participated in ODP Holiday Camp, Tony Azevedo Spring Break high school elite athletes camp, as well as chosen to be on the 2021 ODP Southwest Zone team, but due to an injury could not participate. I have received Academic All American 3 years in a row, All American 5th Team, All State 1st Team , Top Goalie in my Region 2 years in a row.  In college, I want to continue my growth, build relationships and trust with my teammates and have success and measurable growth in my program, not only for myself but my team and school community.
