Growing up, I lived on a softball field watching my dad play tournaments. I always dreamed about playing a tournament of my own. While I played what could've been my last middle school game, it made me think that this game is just so much more than just having fun. Softball has given me so many opportunities in life and has opened so many doors to my future. Leadership is key. I love to bring my team up, even though we might be losing. A fundamental strategy I learned was communication. Communicating with other teammates is important, as well as communicating with others daily.
