Charlee Latteman '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi, My name is Charlee Latteman and I am a 15-year-old utility player from Gardner, KS. I have been playing competitive softball since 8u and I am still working harder every day to be at the top level of play. My main position on the field is third base but am willing to play any other position needed. I put my heart and all my effort to be a great team player while bringing good qualities to the team by encouraging positivity, working effort, and being determined to work hard. 

Besides athletics, I would love to pursue a degree in Finance with a post grad degree in Law. I have strong academics presence by maintaining a 4.13 GPA while participating in other activities in school such as student ambassador program as well as other school sports. When I am not on the field practicing or playing I am always working to become a better friend and overall person. I work hard to balance my school and athletics to ensure they get the right amount of time as they are super important to me. As I work to improve myself I continue to have the mindset that there is also ways some that I can get better at, find it and work on it.
