Victoria "Tori" Zangrilli '16 Recruiting Profile

I started playing softball when I was 7 years old.  I love the sport, and my goal has always been to play at the college level. I'm looking forward to achieving this goal, and succeeding in college on the field and in the classroom.
On the softball field, I'm a focused, competitive team-player. I work hard, always hustle, and take a lot of pride in my game. I keep a positive attitude, even in the face of adversity, and I'm always looking to learn and improve. I'm a good listener, and I appreciate and use advice from my coaches to make myself a more valuable player to my team. I'm a versatile player in the field, playing outfield, third base and first base. I'm a power-hitter who also hits for average. I'm very confident that my skills, dedication, and commitment would make me an asset to any college softball program.
I'm also a dedicated, hard-worker in the classroom. I put a lot of effort into maintaining a high GPA, and I also enjoy participating in extra-curricular activities, including volunteering for Special Olympics. I plan to study physical therapy or sports medicine in college. My ultimate career goal is to work with athletes. I know that I would enjoy a career that would allow me to be involved with sports, and I plan to continue working hard and staying focused on this goal.
I'm looking forward to finding a college that will be the best fit for me both as a softball player and as a student.
