My name is Cat Knoll, class of 2018, 3rd/2nd base/ outfield however, wherever my team needs me I’ll give 100%. I play for the NJ Mystics 18u Gold travel team as well as my High school team (Kingsway Regional High School). I consider myself a dominate figure on the field, both offensive and defensively. I'm right handed, I can hit for power as well as lay down different bunts. I first fell in love with softball by watching my older brother play baseball, I would travel around with him to watch him play and wanted to be just like him. Since then I have always aspired to be a better player and play at the next level. I am lucky to have an amazing support team behind me my parents, coaches, and trainers to support me and help me on my path to my dream. My coaches have instilled a great work ethic in me making me do whatever it takes to reach my end goal. I realize to attend a great college with a competitive softball team I need to have the grades as well. I currently have a GPA of 3.52 taking AP and honors classes. I am always striving to be the best I can be no matter the obstacles I have to go through. I have been awarded 2nd team all-conference my sophomore year for right field and I have been on the honor roll and student of the month multiple times. I am constantly working on and off the field I go to a hitting, fielding, and speed and agility lessons individually as well as my team practices. Off the field I am always studying and getting all the help I can get. I am proud of my commitment to softball and I take pride in the person I have become. Softball has shaped me and if I can be blessed with another four years of softball I will be so grateful and give my team all I have. Thank for taking the time to read this and I look forward to speaking with you!
