Abby Roberts '17 Recruiting Profile

I would love to play basketball at the collegiate level.  Everyone brings something different to a team. I like to play aggressive basketball.  If I'm playing defense and you have the ball don't expect anything easy.  Offensively I am an outside shooter, a strong passer, and aggressive at attacking the basket.  I try to encourage my teammates when we play.  You can never say "I can't" because the truth is you can, but only if you want it badly enough.  Off the court, I work hard to be the best student I can be and focus on my academics.  Balancing school and basketball is challenging, but I am up for any challenge. I am also involved in several clubs at my school and volunteer my time to charitable organizations.  I love basketball and would love to play in college.  I know know that being a student athlete at the collegiate level is challenging, but it is one that I believe that I can handle.  I would very much like the opportunity to play.
