My name is Toniyah Ashanti' Washington, and I am 17 years old. I attend Miami Killian Senior High School where I am captain of the varsity girls basketball team. On my team, I am utilized as a combo guard/shooting guard. My versatility and athleticism also allows for me to contribute in the paint. My coaches would describe me as a coachable and competitive team player with a strong work ethic.
At an early age, I have learned to face and overcome adversity as both an athlete and individual. These experiences have strengthen my resolve to succeed on and off the court. I possess strong interpersonal skills, and am always looking for opportunities to enhance my leadership. Additionally, I am considered a role model among my peers. After high school, I plan to attend college and major in Forensic Psychology. Upon graduation from college, I would like to pursue a career as a Profiler with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
