Basketball has always been a major part of my life and is a great passion of mine. My goal is to play college basketball while gaining a great education. I am a very good student and have won both academic and sport awards for it.
I have been playing basketball for as long as I can remember and I am driven to succeed in everything I do. I love the friendship and bonds I make with my teammates and coaches. I am a very motivated athlete and always full of energy on the court. I am a team player who is both respected and respectful. If you ask my coaches, they will say that I have a big heart and am a team leader.
I am a two year Varsity starter (freshman & sophomore seasons) for my high school basketball team. My freshman year we made it downstate, placing 4th. I am currently a starter on Illinois Lady Lightning's 16U Blue Star travel team, the highest 16U team in the organization. I play volleyball for my high school in the fall and played travel softball for 5 years. I love team sports and hope to continue my basketball experience through college.
