My dad had been coaching basketball since before I was born. He has always told me to play whatever sport I enjoy the most. It just so happened to be basketball. Throughout my basketball career, I have learned so many things. I have learned what it is like to be apart of not only a team, but a family. Basketball has taught me how to work with others, how to be a leader, and how to be competitive while enjoying what I am doing.
When it comes to the classroom, I am a hard worker as well. Even when subjects may get difficult, I power through. My senior year I am hoping to achieve another Pioneer Academics Award. I am also planning on graduating with an Honors Diploma. For college, my specific major is undecided but I am interested in Computer Programming.
