Kaitlyn Thomas '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kaitlyn Thomas and I have been playing golf 6 years now.  3 years of my golf experience comes from living overseas in Singapore and playing golf in the southeast Asia countries. Due to Singapore's limitations, my opportunities for live golf and tournaments were limited. As a result of this, I have worked hard starting my freshman year to catch up to the standards of my teammates at Barrington High School.  From my freshman year shooting an average of high 90s, I have noticeably improved to now shooting low 80s and high 70s the summer after my junior year.  As I continue my high school career, I am willing to keep working hard at this challenging, yet exciting sport. 

My collegiate goals and aspirations would include me being challenged at a college that would help me grow both in academics and athletics. I am currently thinking of majoring in business with a minor in psychology.
