My goal as a lacrosse player is to be the best player I can be and play to the best of my ability. Never in a game should you give up at any point in time. You have to have the determination and have to believe in yourself because you never know what can happen.  When I first started lacrosse I did not like it because I was very bad at it. This made me keep trying until I was comfortable enough to trust myself in the sport. From playing this sport I've learned that you never give up on anything because, in the end, the outcome will be amazing. The connection you develop with your team is just as important as the actual sport itself. You have to have trust in your teammates to be able to play the game. Lacrosse is not just a one-man sport, it is a team sport. I think of my team as my second family and I know they will always be there for me.
