My goals for competing at the collegiate level are the same as my goals are now - to be the best soccer player I can be and more. I am a genuinely motivated player.
At very practice and game I give 100%. I try endlessly to motivate my teammates so they too can play at their maximum level as they work as diligently as I do. A former coach and mentor once told me "Attitude is contagious; " consequently, I try to display the most optimistic attitude possible, which I believe makes me stand out from others. I'm extremely positive, which helps me take constructive criticism well; as long as it helps me become a better player, I welcome it. I've played soccer since elementary school but have only been in a club for two seasons; nonetheless, my coach has said I am the most improved and "hungriest" player on the field. I am relentless hard work does not deter me. In addition to playing varsity high school soccer, I wrestle at the same level, and yet I still fulfill my duties to my club soccer. This is an indication that I am disciplined in all I do and know how to manage my time. I have a 3.2 GPA (despite the COVID era making school challenging for me on multiple levels, including emotionally). However, I evolved and grew from that experience, and since then, I've been working that much harder and issuing forth my finest work yet.
