As I am looking to play soccer at the next level, I am also looking to learn at the next level. In the future I wish to be able to attend a school that will challenge me on and off the pitch. My goals for the rest of high school and college are to stay focused on my academics so I am able to graduate with a high GPA and pursue my field of study. Also, to grow as a player through my remaining high school and club seasons so that when it comes time to make a choice of where I want to go, I can do so effectively.
I have been playing soccer since I was 4 years old and from then until now, soccer has been the best teacher I could ask for. The game itself has taught me many valuable lessons like how important character is on and off the field which also ties into attitude. Leadership is also a strength which I have obtained through playing my position as a center-back because I always have the game in front of me so I am able to breakdown plays and observe the game in order to inform my teammates of certain situations. Besides skill and how good you are overall, character, attitude, leadership and work-ethic are among the most important aspects of a player in my mind. I feel as though I strongly possess all of these traits and they make me the unique player and person I am.
I hope to hear from you soon:)
