2022 Highlights Personal Statement
I have been swimming competitively since I was four years old, and the idea that I would be able to swim for even four more years is extremely exciting. I have high aspirations for the upcoming high school swim season, and goals, both personal and team related, that I am consistently working toward. Being on a team has taught me how to rely on others, and how important communication is. People like to say that swimming is not a team sport, but I would disagree. I know that swimming at the collegiate level is going to be a challenge, but I am looking forward to it.
