Personal Statement
Swimming is simply a part of my life. I have been swimming eleven months out of the year since i was at the age of five. My parent enrolled my sister Bayle, currently a junior in college who is still swimming, and myself in a YMCA program. I have loved it since. Swimming has always been a priority in my life. While many of many of my friends were attending parties and hanging with friends, I was going to practice for 2-3 hours. I currently have my life guarding certification, CPR certification, and oxygen certification. I have been highly involved with my community since a very young age such as being a student member of the Connellsville Rec Board, and a active member of my church youth group. I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends as much as possible when I can doing activities such as playing bingo with my great aunt and grandmother, or well as hunting and fishing with my father.

- AwardsI have received our school scholarship for most community service hours served since my freshman year of high school. I am president of a non-profit group called Andy's Army where we reach out to families in the community during the Christmas holiday and make sure they receive ample gifts and necessaries. We also plant flowers and clean along the bike trail that runs through our city, and help with community fundraisers.
