Personal Statement
I am an avid learner who is constantly striving to improve, whether it's in a classroom or the pool. I'm in a gifted intelligence program in Virginia called the Commonwealth Governor's School, which is based on a school within a school model that allows me to excel by surrounding myself with other likeminded individuals. This year, I switched to a new swim team, Nation's Capital Swim Club, and they are the highest-ranked club team in the country by USA Swimming. With a new positive environment and top-notch training, I can't wait for this coming season. I'm super excited to continue my progress by bringing all my aspirations and ambitions to the collegiate level!
