2012 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I have committed to swim and attend UW-Eau Claire next fall.
I am currently a rising Senior from Division 1 Neenah High School in Northeastern Wisconsin. I have swam Varsity on my high school swim team since my Freshman year and have competed with my club team for almost 9 years.
My video highlights include a 400 M IM from the summer of 2012 where I am located in Lane 6 from the top, and a 100 M fly at 2013 summer state, where I am shown in Lane 4. I have since conquered a crossover turn which has increased the overall speed of my IM's.
I can't imagine my life without swimming, so my dream is to be able to do so in college at a school where my all around skills will be an asset to the team. I may not have the advantage of height, but I make up for it with the details in my races and my dedication to excellence in my sport and life overall. I believe that this sport has positively affected who I am today, and I can't wait to begin a new chapter at the right school. I am an A Honor student who takes mostly advanced or AP classes and would like to major in Nursing.
