Personal Statement
I live to run track although my running career only begin about 2 years ago. I run cross country, indoor track, outdoor track and summer track. My most recent accomplishment for 2015 was winning 1st place in the NCHS State Championship 4A Division 800 meter run with a time of 2:11:07 which set a State record and also placed 3rd in the mile the same day. In indoor track, our relay team placed US#1 in the 4X800 at the 2015 New Balance Indoor Nationals. In the summer of 2014, I placed 6th in the 1500 at the USA Track and Field Junior Olympics. For the 2015-2016 season I plan on successfully achieving each of my personal goals which consist of running a 2:04 in the 800 meter run, a 2:40 in the 1000 meter run and a 4:55 in the mile. I hope to attend a Division 1 school and major in Graphic Design or Interior Design.
