I just started track and field a year ago, but it is already the most enjoyed sport I have participated in. I began hurdles and struggled with my steps for awhile and am still working on them now. Right now, I four-step with alternating legs and want to work this summer in the off season to get my three step. Within the last two to three weeks I have cut my 100 hurdle time from 20.3 seconds to 18.61 seconds. I want to continue to improve as an athlete and am willing to take out a lot of time to do so.
