My Coach informing me that I made the Varsity team and then winning the starting Libero position one-third of the way into the season were my most significantly achieved goals in 2017. However, I believe I grew the most as a student-athlete when I got cut from the high school freshman team. That experience helped me grow as a person, and made me focus on how not to give up on something big because of a small bump in the road. It also made me push myself to do everything I could to show that I'm capable of playing this sport, and soon, playing at the collegiate level.

Now I am fortunate enough to be a part of an amazing team and program; helping me become the player and person I am today, with the time and effort my Coaches put into me. I realize how much leadership, sacrifice, attitude, and teamwork is being put into shaping me into the player I aspire to be for my teammates and coaches; my parents; and, myself.

I am looking for a college or university that will be a good fit for me athletically and also academically. I believe I not only have the talent and skill to compete on a college team, but the work-ethic, commitment and leadership skills to make a strong and immediate impact on your program. As a 3rd year athlete and 2-time Team Captain, I know I have what it takes to be a leader and dedicated player on your team!
