Lindsey Johnson #4 '15 Recruiting Profile

I played soccer and ran track before I ever tried volleyball. But the minute I stepped on the volleyball court I knew this was the sport for me. I love playing, I love my teammates on both my high school team and my club team, and I can't imagine playing any other sport. I am an Outside Hitter because I love to attack, and love to drive my team to win. I am very competitive and feel like I can help my teammates work harder and they can depend on me to give everything I have both on and off the court. I play all six rotations, and love being on the court as much as possible. Even when I'm in the back row I still use my offensive skills to attack. I want to play volleyball in college because I love playing, and I love being part of a team, and having the friendships and competition that being part of a bigger group offers. I also want to play in college because I think being part of team will give me structure for my studies, and support my academic goals of being the best student possible. Thank you!
