Personal Statement

As a freshman,  I was the starting middle and an important part of our high school team's magical season concluding with winning the 2018 NYSPHSAA Class B State Volleyball Championship. That experience strengthened my determination to get back to the state Championship . Our Westhill High School team  completed a 18-0 season  in 2019 and came back to win the  2019 NYSPHSAA Class B  State Volleyball Championship.    While we had a shortened season this year, I have been named a finalist for the CNY player of the year. I credit playing club volleyball  since the age of 7.  I have always played on the highest team and was the middle on the U-16-1  team for two years. I play club for  VolleyFX in Rochester New York.   I am currently playing on their 17-1 Rapture team. I was  named to the 2021 AVCA Best and Brightest Award First Team,  2022 Ultra Ankle JVA Watch List and the AVCA Phenom list. I was selected to the USA Volleyball Girls Youth A 3 National Training team.  I am a three sport athlete  participating in Varsity Basketball and  Track.   I currently hold a 97 average and take challenging classes.   I am a Type 1 Diabetic and have learned to manage my diabetes with  athletics with the assistance of my family, coaches and team members.   I am looking to pursue health sciences at a  competitive college and play college Volleyball.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
