Katelyn (Kat) Bell '25 Recruiting Profile

I want to wrestle in college because I want more, I started wrestling later than most people do and I feel that I can accomplish so much more such as winning an NCAA title. I’m very creative, energetic, and optimistic. A talent I think I have is that I can get along with anyone and I feel that I have my own unique way of problem solving. I feel something that makes me different from other athletes is my work ethic and optimism in the wrestling room. I want to be the hardest working person in the room, not always the best. I rarely get discouraged and quit. Academically, I have always been told by teachers that I’m a creative and hardworking student-athlete. Currently I am working towards earning The Seal of Biliteracy for Spanish.
