Personal Statement

I am a 6'1", 196 lbs., c/o 2025, infielder/catcher. Recently, I started working with a former switch-hitter to replicate my right-handed swing on the left side. Some highlighted measurables include: rotational acceleration = 38.7 g (max), 35.0 g (avg); exit velocity (right-handed) = 100 mph; exit velocity (left-handed) = 98 mph; bat speed = 81.3 mph; hand speed = 25.3 mph; infield velocity = 85 mph; 60-yard dash = 6.9 sec; 30-yard dash = 3.96 sec; 10-yard dash = 1.65 sec. My rotational acceleration (max = 38.7 g; avg = 35.0 g) is consistently one of the highest in the nation based on data comparisons to the last 10 national Prep Baseball events (’24, '23, '22 PBR Future Games;’24 PBR Senior Future Games; '25, '24, '23, '22 PBR Super 60; ’24, '23 PBR All-American Game).

From a personal perspective, I prefer my actions to speak louder than words; I am a quiet, humble leader, with a 3.4 GPA and an ACT of 25. Growing up with a dad who played high-level baseball provided me a unique perspective of the game. I have gained an advanced understanding of offensive and defensive strategies in baseball; hitting, fielding, throwing, and base running mechanics; and offensive, defensive, pitching, and base running approaches. Along with knowledge of offensive approaches, I have a high-level understanding of the strike zone; having plate discipline and being aggressive in the strike zone. Overall, I am a cerebral player with strong character; a disciplined, hard worker; versatile; supportive teammate; and coachable. I have the ability and willingness to play multiple positions. At the varsity high school and travel ball level, I have played third base, shortstop, second base, catcher, and pitcher.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
