My name is Benjamin Harris Lucke and I am currently attending Virgil I Grissom High School as a Junior. I stand 5 feet 10 inches tall and weigh 165 pounds.
My primary focus is on playing college baseball at the highest possible level I can. I plan to fulfill this goal by:
- Holding myself accountable for my mistakes and learning from them
- Improving different aspects of my game and body every day with the use of Batting cages, tee work, sprints, resistance machines, free weights, endurance running, etc.
- Being a great competitor by never giving up
- Being a positive teammate
- Becoming a student of the game; learning just a bit more every day
- Giving 100 percent of what I've got all the time
On top of self athletic achievement, I want to be the guy that makes a positive impact on the team as a whole by keeping a good attitude and becoming an example of good work ethic, regardless of the team or place.
