Jayden Ramsey '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Jayden Ramsey. I started playing baseball when I was 3 years old and began playing because of my dad. He played baseball growing up and that encouraged me to play also. After I started, I couldn’t stop playing. I have learned the importance of resilience and that the amount of work you put in will show on the field. Some characteristics I possess include resilience, leadership, proactivity, and competitiveness.

In my opinion, the classroom is just as important as the field and I will work hard to make sure that both are taken care of. An academic goal I have includes maintaining a 4.0+ GPA. This will exceed the requirements for both athletic and academic scholarships, which is another goal of mine concluding high school. I plan to continue the same academic and athletic achievements I have achieved so far in high school throughout college.
