My name is Chris Adams and I will graduate in 2012. I am five feet eleven inches tall and weigh 175 pounds. My best 60 yard dash time is 7.1 seconds, my best fastball as a pitcher was clocked at 82. I attend Madison Academy and was a starter on junior varsity as a 7th grader. I had the highest batting average on junior varsity as an 8th grader. As a freshman starter on varsity, I had the second highest batting average and was tied for second in home runs on the team. That year we won our first state championship in school history. The following two years we were runners up in the finals. I play primarily outfield, first base, and am a left handed pitcher.
I am looking for a college where I can get a good education and also contribute to the baseball program. I would prefer to attend a college primarily in the southeast, but I am willing to move wherever I need to have favorable opportunities at the next level. My goal is to be a starter, but I realize that is possible only if I’m best at my position. In order to be the best that I can be, I will work my hardest with coaches to develop my skills.
