My name is Alexander Kostic, but I prefer going by A.J. as a first name. My college goals include study in the field of Engineering, Business or Sports Medicine and playing baseball professionally.
I've chosen to serve my community by volunteering with the elderly in a retirement home, with youth (teaching them to swim and playing baseball with handicapped children), and with the professional sports community by serving as a batboy since the age of seven. I like serving the community and doing things for those in need.
I transferred schools this year to Northwest Christian School and played Varsity (past three years as a Varsity player) level baseball this year. I received Honorable Mention All-Region for the West in Phoenix in 2017 at the 3A conference. In 2018, I was chosen as MVP for the baseball team at Odyssey and made First-team, All-Region.

- ActivitiesI began vounteering at the age of 7, working as batboy for the Okotokks Dawgs and has since gone on to volunteer with the MLB and with the Surprise Spring Training as batboy during this year's spring training with the MLB teams. I also volunteered as a swimming aide, helping the swim coaches to teach smaller children basic skills. . I started my own company when ! was 9 walking dogs and caring for other pets and did light yard maintenance. I've also volunteered in community, and has served the senior citizens on Saturdays by helping serve ice-cream, play games, and provide companionship at a local senior's centre in Calgary. Currently, I perform service projects for the school I attend and continue to serve my community.
